By subscribing to or creating an account on Selliglobe Cloud ("Service"), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, global software-as-a-service license to operate your commercial distribution, plant production, cashier POS, and fleet logistics in accordance with your chosen plan tier.
Selliglobe guarantees 99.99% operational availability across our high-performance cloud edge infrastructure. In the event of unscheduled service downtime exceeding our monthly threshold, eligible enterprise accounts receive service credits as defined in our SLA schedule.
You retain 100% full ownership of all business data, customer lists, order histories, financial ledgers, recipe BOMs, and asset records created on the platform. Selliglobe claims zero ownership over tenant business records.
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. There are zero long-term lock-in contracts. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time with zero penalty fees directly from your tenant billing portal.
