1. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

Selliglobe Inc. ("Selliglobe", "we", "us") operates an enterprise multi-tenant cloud distribution operating system. Every tenant's data (customers, orders, ledgers, inventory, cash accounts) is strictly isolated using cryptographic tenant scope filtering (company_id composite indexes). No tenant can ever access or view another tenant's records.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information required to operate and secure your business cloud instance:
• Account Information: Business name, email, mobile phone number, tax TRN/NTN numbers, and physical facility address.
• Operational Data: Customer delivery addresses, GPS drop locations, order line items, payments, and returnable bottle asset counts.
• Driver Telemetry: Turn-by-turn GPS delivery timestamps and digital e-POD signature timestamps solely for route verification.

3. Cryptographic Storage & AES-256 Security

All sensitive data (passwords, PINs, auth tokens, database snapshots) is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption. Data in transit is secured via TLS 1.3 with automated HSTS header enforcement.

4. Zero Third-Party Data Selling

We strictly do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade your tenant or customer data to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties. Your business data belongs 100% to your enterprise.
